Gary Bailey, managing director of Hope Capital, believes the launch of two revamped bridging loan products will go down really well with brokers.

Bailey is confident that significant enhancements to both their Hope 725 and Hope 75 products will boost the already popular Seventies Collection and give brokers who don’t want to miss a trick a real treat!

 He said: “We’ve already experienced huge demand for the Seventies Collection and these enhancements will create many more opportunities for our brokers. It’s a real Halloween treat.”

“All of our new products are designed to provide innovative solutions which offer flexibility and affordability to the borrower.”

The HOPE 725 product offers a low rate of 0.725% per month at up to 72.5% LTV on non-regulated residential property with a maximum loan up to £725,000.

The HOPE 75 bridging loan has a maximum LTV of 75% with a reduced rate of 0.74% per month for residential properties on loans up to £575,000.

The two new products will be available throughout England and Wales for a maximum loan term of up to 12 months. Both individuals and companies will be welcome on a first charge basis.

With these Halloween special offers only available on new enquiries received before the end of November brokers need to move fast to help borrowers with their property purchases. Deals can range from a straightforward purchase, auction purchase, with or without a light refurbishment, to a chain-break mortgage. Loans can also be used to refinance existing debt and give the borrower time to put in place a longer-term finance solution.

The Seventies Collection can be used alongside elements of the recently launched Custom Collection which has six different products, features and options. Brokers are able to offer their clients a loan that is uniquely customised by picking the options and features that best suit the client’s needs and circumstances.
