£12.5 million financing deal leaves LendInvest director Larkin delighted

Steve Larkin, director of development at LendInvest, has spoken of his delight after the leading specialist property finance lender completed a £12.5 million financing deal.

The whole development, with a repeat development finance borrower to build 111 new homes in Kirkstall, Leeds, will be managed as a PRS scheme and was forward sold before construction commenced to a £300 billion investment management group.

The project, which is currently in the early-construction phase, is expected to be completed by March 2019. The total GDV is forecast at £17.25 million and the average unit will be worth £155,000.

All of the 111 units funded by this development finance loan will be available for rent. The homes will range from 1 to 3-bed apartments and are expected to be most popular with young professionals and families who want easy access to Leeds city centre less than five minutes away. And Mr Larkin said:
